Small Group Hitting Membership(1x/week)

Designed for athletes who are serious about accelerating their offensive development. This option allows for more frequent touchpoints, faster adjustments, and greater accountability.

What’s included:

  • Two small-group hitting sessions per week

  • Deeper swing analysis and ongoing adjustments

  • Film breakdown and pattern tracking over time

  • Customized drills that evolve as the athlete improves

  • Maximum of 5 hitters per group

  • Session Policy: No session carryover or banking—unused sessions do not roll over

Youth Player DEVELOPMENT PLAN

The Youth PDP is designed to build a complete athletic and baseball foundation for young athletes. This program focuses on developing movement quality, coordination, throwing mechanics, hitting fundamentals, and defensive skills in a structured, age-appropriate training environment.Athletes train up to three times per week in 90-minute sessions that combine athletic development with on-field skill work. Sessions are designed to develop confident, capable players while emphasizing proper mechanics and long-term development over short-term performance.This program serves as the primary entry point into our full Player Development pathway and prepares athletes for future placement into Hybrid or In-House PDP as they mature and their training needs increase.

 

Program Includes:

  • Up to three 90-minute training sessions per week

  • Age-appropriate strength and athletic development

  • Throwing instruction and arm-care routines

  • Hitting mechanics and swing development

  • Fielding fundamentals and defensive skill training

  • Small-group coaching with individualized feedback
